Luz learns the power of her name when she discovers a storybook with instructions to turn on the light at the edge of the Earth.

Nathaly Nathaly Nathaly is an artist, writer, and director of surrealist coming-of-age stories. She earned her MFA in Screenwriting from the David Lynch Graduate School of Cinematic Arts, following a decade of collaboration with David Lynch.

Nathaly curated her mentor’s last exhibition during his lifetime, LIGHT: Essence of Photography by David Lynch at Salvador Dalí House Museum in Spain. Presented by the Gala Salvador Dalí Foundation and the David Lynch Foundation, this marked Nathaly’s transcendence as an artist. To close the exhibition, Lynch instructed Nathaly to destroy the artwork, and from here, LIGHT short film was born.
